A key service provided by Compass is the independent audit and evaluation of existing advertising operations to identify how sales and revenues can be increased. Our independence and experience allows us to see the relative strengths of an operation and where changes could deliver significant gains. We review performance against similar airport benchmarks and, where required, recommend the most relevant KPIs for each airport.

We can provide our clients with regular industry updates to highlight news and developments of interest and relevance to their airport.

A number of airports have commissioned us to carry out audits 12-15 months ahead of the expiry of an existing sales agreement in order to evaluate the performance of the operator under the agreement and to identify the optimal commercial strategy going forward.

We can benchmark sales and revenues achieved against other airports, review the range of advertising and media sold and identify what changes should be incorporated into the next operator agreement to maximise future sales and revenues.
